Meet Eioan

I have a strong passion for fitness, and it started when I was 7 going to my first rugby training session for Linlithgow RFC. I am now one of the senior players at the club playing at a national level. This sport requires you to stay fit and strong which is where my love for the gym began. The styles you will see me train are:

  • Strength
  • Functional
  • Cardiovascular
  • Muscles building

By having me as your Personal Trainer you will receive 1-2-1 coaching, personalised programs, answers to any questions you may have and constant motivation while your train. You will also be taught the correct techniques for exercises by the knowledge I gained from completing this qualification at College. Which is where I received my HND In Health, fitness, and exercise.

So, if you are someone that is just starting out with the gym or you have been going for a while then let’s get these goals smashed!
