My name is Felix Vallejo with 7+ years of experience in the personal training industry, BSc Sport Science degree and being a Team GB powerlifting athlete, I am here to help you achieve your fitness goals.
During all these years working in the West Lothian community I have helped people to feel better within their own skin, improving their strength and mobility to make an impact in their lives. Through my personal training sessions which are fun and entertaining, having an approach of strength and conditioning that helps maintain/increase muscle mass while reducing the body fat percentage.
