My name is Kaid, and I am a current gym instructor at Xcite Linlithgow building up lots of experience being on the gym floor and receiving my HND in Health, Fitness, and Exercise and now currently in my 3rd year at university studying a degree in BSC HONS Sport and Exercise Science.
I have been involved in fitness from when I was young from doing football, Martial Arts, and swimming. I now play for Linlithgow Rose Football Club at under 20s In the lowland league competing against some of the top teams in Scotland and have been coaching football and fitness for over 4 years now and have always had a strong desire for Weightlifting and just recently running.
Whether you want to gain weight, lose weight, improve your fitness and strength or you are training for an event or race. You can expect 1:1/2:1 training sessions, personalised programs, and correct form/technique to help shape you to become the best version of yourself.
My whole life I have always believed in self-improvement and I’m constantly trying to think of my next steps on how I can improve and become better, this mindset is something I would love to share with others and use to stop them from setting limitations on their goals and what they can achieve and actually take action towards what type of person they want to be.
