I teach gym floor classes involving circuit training. These are good ways for clients to kickstart their mornings and feel motivated for the day ahead.
Sessions are adaptable and suitable for all fitness levels, so clients can get the most out of a session and feel comfortable. It's about taking time to listen to how your body feels before, during, and after exercise.
