With a new round starting every 3 minutes, you really can show up whenever you want. Just 36 minutes of a BOX12 workout will see you working at around 80-90% of your physical capacity, helping you get in an effective workout even when pushed for time.
BOX12’s optimised workout will burn anywhere between 500 and 700 calories in one workout, meaning guaranteed results for fitness and general health!
BOX12 is a boxing centred workout, which means you will be developing new skills with every session. Learn simple boxing combinations, as well as how to use functional equipment such as kettlebells and sandbags to build strength.
BOX12 is a workout on your terms, and you can start when it suits you. A new circuit begins every three minutes, and routines are switched up regularly, making it fun and fresh to attend.

Work on the new BOX12 studio is due to start in the next few weeks, with our aim to launch the new experience from early in December. Keep an eye on our website and social channels for all the latest updates.
The new BOX12 studio will be located in the room which is currently our Health & Wellbeing / Easyline studio. The Health & Wellbeing studio will be relocating across the corridor to the space that is currently used for indoor cycling.

We are temporarily pausing the group cycle programme at Xcite Craigswood while we work on a proposal for the venue’s future development.
We understand this may be disappointing for regular group cycle customers, however we are actively reviewing other spaces within the building as part of a larger refurbishment project with an aim to reinstate a group cycle programme at Xcite Craigswood at some point in the future.
In the meantime, alternative Group Cycle classes are still available at Xcite Broxburn, Xcite Bathgate and Xcite Linlithgow – class timetables are available here.
