Unlike anything we have offered before, the new training studio is unique, using the latest Technogym equipment such as Skill Run treadmills, Rogue assault bikes, boxing stations, battle ropes and Polar heart rate technology to track your training performance.
Each workout is instructor-led, with participants maximising their results through performance based heart rate monitoring – when you attend an Exert HIIT session, every second of your workout will count!
