Seasonal Yoga is a journey through the seasons combining Hatha Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine with postures, meditation and breathwork. Attendees are encouraged to make the postures fit their bodies, not the other way around.
Vinyasa flows through a series of repeated poses which help build strength and flexibility. A form of `moving meditation' you'll find yourself moving through the flow. Ideal for all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners.
These classes are available in 60m or 90m sessions.
