The session will explain the techniques needed to safely weight train using the equipment in our gyms and advise you on the recommended weights you should work with.
You will discuss your personal goals and tailor a programme that will suit your needs, with equipment and advice that will develop your understanding, technique and ability to lift weights safely and with benefits.
