We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Duty Supervisor to join our Schools Team on a Fixed Term 6-month contract and working across two of our venues, Xcite Winchburgh and Deans High Schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their leisure career into a supervisory role.
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Duty Supervisor to join our management team within our Schools team. You will assist the Duty Manager with the day-to-day operations to ensure that the facilities are running smoothly and enable the team to provide fantastic customer service to our customers and user groups. You will also cover Duty Manager shifts over the course of the week when required.
While applicants with a current NPLQ are preferred, we also welcome candidates without this qualification who have relevant experience and a solid understanding of Pool Plant maintenance. Training will be provided to the right individual, provided they possess a willingness to learn and demonstrate the right values and attributes
