You can access a fantastic range of in-venue fitness classes, including outdoor and in venue virtual classes. We also offer Xcite Online so you can join in anywhere anytime.
Hygiene stations are available in all areas so you can wipe down the kit before and after use.
Yes, but please bring your own yoga mats and blocks.
Please follow our fitness class etiquette to make your and others' class experience as smooth as possible when in our venues:
Please ensure all users arrive at your class five minutes before the start of class time. If you are late, you may not be allowed into the class
Please advise a member of the Xcite team if you have any new injuries or medical conditions. If you are pregnant, speak to a member of the Xcite team for advice
With regards to the fitness class, Kettlercise, under no circumstances should you take part in this class if you pregnant
If you are attending a water-based class and are a non-swimmer, please let your instructor know
All personal belongings must be put away in lockers provided
Comfortable clothing and training shoes must be worn at all times for your health and safety
As exposure to loud music can damage your hearing, we have assessed the noise levels in the fitness class to ensure they are at an appropriate level
If your fitness class requires kit, make sure you get set up and put it away when the instructor say
Don’t forget to put your mat away at the end of the class and give it a wipe down with a spray and paper towel provided
