Yes, all gym equipment is available. If you cannot find a piece of kit then please speak to the Xcite Team who will be able to provide you with an alternative exercise.
Before downloading the Technogym app please ensure you have created a Technogym account. If you are a current member please speak with a member of the gym team who can inform you how to do this. If you are a new member, you can register at Technogym App and then download the My Wellness app from your app store.

Comfortable clothing and training shoes must be worn at all times for your health and safety
All personal belongings must be put away in lockers provided
Please advise a member of the Xcite team if you have any new injuries or medical conditions. If you are pregnant, speak to a member of the Xcite gym team for advice
During peak times, please limit the use of each piece of equipment to thirty minutes
Please wipe down equipment after use with spray and paper towel provided
If you are new to any equipment, the Xcite gym team are fully qualified gym instructors and will be happy to assist you with unfamiliar equipment
Please speak with a member of the Xcite gym team if the music is not at an appropriate level
Please follow our free weight etiquette to make your and others' gym experience as smooth as possible when in our venues:
Please make sure you put away the free weights correctly when you are finished using them
Safety first, when lifting barbells, collars must be used at all times
Don’t slam or drop the weights after use. If a weight is too heavy, use a lighter one or ask the Xcite gym team for an alternative
Use a spotter if you can as they can support and feedback on the technique
If someone is waiting to use the same machine as you, please let them work with you whilst you rest
Be mindful of what other gym users are doing and what equipment they are using
Please ensure all weights are stacked away safely and correctly
