Our BRAND NEW Fitness Factory programme includes a comprehensive 3-stage induction. When fully completed, this will allow our teenage gym users access to:
Programmed Fixed Resistance Equipment
Programmed Cardio Equipment
Programmed Functional Equipment
Plus NO time restrictions on when you can access the gym!
All customers will be required to complete the 3- stage induction:
Stage one (Cardio and Functional)
Stage two (Resistance and Flexibility)
Stage three (Core and Programme)
Please note, Fitness Factory gym users will not have access to Free Weights, Pure Strength gym equipment or Cable Machines.
Disclaimer:
Please be aware that a parent or guardian will need to complete a health commitment statement for all under 16 members who wish to use the gym at the time of their start well appointment. This initial start well appointment will not be able to take place without a health commitment statement completed.
Please note if there is any medical condition that may be affected by prescribed exercise, a parent or guardian will need to attend the initial start well appointment.
