Join us to celebrate the work of the Movember Foundation by challenging yourself to walk or run 60km in November.   

Mo Your Own way aims to raise awareness of the importance of men's mental health and, by achieving 60km of movement throughout the month, work on your own physical and mental wellbeing.

Once signed up to the challenge on your Technogym app, you'll be able to start logging you walks or runs and tracking your distance.  If you normally do your walks or runs outside the gym, you can use your app to track your outdoor activity and then you can replicate on a treadmill in our gyms.  Please ask a member of staff for more information on this.
