NEW - Xcite Women's Health Menopause programme

We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of a new 8-week pilot programme, designed specifically for menopausal, peri-menopausal and post-menopausal women.

Launching in August, our Women's Health Menopause programme aims to expand your knowledge and help you understand the choices available as you navigate this life-changing period and beyond.

The course will include a combination of classroom-based learning and practical sessions, covering topics such as potential symptoms, nutrition advice, lifestyle and exercise tips and complementary therapies. Additionally, guest sessions with third-party experts will offer an introduction to cold-water therapy, breathwork, and more.
