Every year on April 7th, the world comes together to celebrate World Health Day, an initiative led by the World Health Organization (WHO). This day serves as a global platform to raise awareness about pressing health issues and encourage collective efforts to improve public health.

At Xcite, we're all about helping you move, feel, and live better, so we are having exciting activities going on in our venues to help you take a step towards a healthier, happier YOU!

Throughout the day, Glynn will be offering on-the-spot reaction tests—no booking required, just drop in and test your reflexes!

We’ll also have gym challenges such as the wall sit, plank, and fastest 1km, where you can compete to see how you measure up. 

Xcite Craigswood

Teens can take part in functional training on the turf with Leanne, a great way to get out and be active - contact Xcite Craigswood on 01506 237940

Throughout the day, there will be spontaneous games of Tug of War, adding some friendly competition to the mix - speak to a member of staff in the venue to find out how to take part!

Take on our walking challenge, where the person who logs the most steps during the day will win a free goodie bundle! Tracked easily via the Technogym app by signing up for the challenge in the Xcite Craigswood section!

To support healthier habits, we’ll also be handing out free fruit, from apples to tubs of grapes and melon, because who doesn’t love a freebie?

As the evening kicks in, Louise takes over with gym challenges at 18:00, followed by a TRX Challenge at 19:15 to test your strength and stability- no booking required, just speak to a member of the gym team!
