Please take the time to read through the following guidelines before attending any of our golf facilities at Polkemmet Golf & Driving Range and at Xcite Bathgate.
All our guidance and procedures are in association with Scottish Golf and Community Leisure UK.
Book in advance online:
- Pre-book your tee-time via the WLL Xcite App, website or at Reception - find out more here.
- Tee group sizes - 4 players
- For memberships, book a 1 ball to reserve the slot and additional players will check-in or pay on arrival.
On the Golf Course/Driving Range:
- Check in at reception before play.
- Only golfers are allowed on course/driving range.
Golf Course:
- Do not arrive at the first tee more than 5 minutes before your allotted tee time.
- Following play of a hole, do not enter the next teeing area until all players of the group in front have played their tee-shots and exited the teeing area.
Driving Range (not included in memberships):
- Buy the required number of balls via Driving Range or Xcite Whitburn reception.
- Redeem your purchase by taking a basket to the ball dispensing machine. Once filled, take your basket to your chosen bay.
- After play return basket to the collection point.
