This exciting 8-station functional fitness event is designed for kids and their grown-ups to take on together. Xcite Mini Rocks isn’t about who finishes first—it’s about teamwork, determination, and most of all, having fun.
Whether you’re new to fitness or already love being active, you and your mini teammate will be challenged, encouraged, and supported every step of the way. Each station will test your strength, endurance, and teamwork, but the main goal is to participate, have fun, and create great memories.
Who? One child + one adult per team
Cost? £10 per pair
Every team will receive surprise goodies at the finish line!
Friends and family are welcome to cheer you on from the sidelines—so bring your biggest supporters and get ready for an unforgettable day of fitness, fun, and community spirit.

Your starting station will be chosen at random, adding an exciting twist to the experience. Once assigned, you’ll follow the route around the arena, tackling all 8 stations. You’ll have 4 minutes to push yourself at each of the 8 stations, followed by a 2-minute recovery period before moving on to the next challenge.
Check out what each of the activities looks like!
Start with the ball against your chest, squat down and then as you come back up press the ball overhead, using your momentum to help.
Use explosive power to slam the ball down, engaging your core and upper body.
Challenge your stamina and coordination with a full-body rowing workout.
Get your heart rate up with this full-body exercise, combining a squat, a press up and jump.
Work your quads and glutes with controlled lunges, alternating legs each rep.
Mimic cross-country skiing to work your arms, core, and legs in a dynamic pulling motion.
Lie on your back, lift your torso to a sitting position, and then return to the starting position, engaging your abdominal muscles
Running back and forth 20m between two points in the arena.
