Strength 16 is a 30 minute session designed for 16 year old gym users looking to take their first steps into strength training
Led by our expert Gym Instructors, Strength 16 will introduce you to a variety of equipment and techniques so you can confidently incorporate strength training into your routine.
You’ll be introduced to:
- Pure Strength Machines
- Free Weights (Dumbbells, Bench Press, etc.)
- Cable Machines
- Half Racks & Platforms
