My name is Mark Armstrong and I’ve been training people for 18 years. To get the very best out of anyone requires clear and honest communication. I’ve made it a priority to drive my clients towards and past their targets in the safest and most effective manner possible.

Personal Training has always been about how to adapt any exercise program to a specific client. Work ethic is something we all have access to, and to be able to apply this ethic to a tailor made exercise program, will always bring us positive changes.

In order to mentally and physically change, we must go outside our own comfort zone. My responsibility is to ensure the safety while operating at these high levels of intensity.
